The MarXet LLC (“Spendindie”, "us", "we", or "our") operates the www.spendindie.com website (the "Service").

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Spendindie Terms and Conditions.

This policy (the “Privacy Policy”) informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

If you no longer want Spendindie to allow your use of the Service, you may close your User Account. Spendindie will retain and use your Personal Information and other information obtained about you to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In addition, sellers using the Service may also be required to retain and use buyer’s information in order to comply with their legal obligations. Please note that closing your User Account may not free up your email address, username, or shop name (if any) for reuse on a new account. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a brief period of time, except in cases where they are used for site safety and security, to improve site functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer time periods.

Spendindie reserves the right to use and disclose your Personal Information without consent where required or permitted by law.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 24, 2017 and will remain in effect subject to any amendments thereto. Such amendments which shall be in effect immediately after the amended Privacy Policy is posted to the Service.
